I wish to acknowledge the traditional territory and the traditional keepers of the land upon which I practice medicine and live. Today the meeting place of Toronto (from the Haudenosaunee word Tkaronto) is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and I am grateful to have the opportunity to work and live on this land.
